Services Offered
Aention offers some gardening services that cater to the needs of our clients in Hong Kong. This includes but is not limited to lawn maintenance, maintenance of gardens, plant installation, and landscaping. Specific services and scope will be discussed and agreed between Aention and the client prior to the rendering of service.
Terms of Payment
Aention only accepts cash payment for all services rendered. Payment is made on the spot when the agreed services are completed unless otherwise agreed by contract previously. Note that payment is to be made directly to the member of the Aention team present at your premises upon satisfactory completion of the work.
We do not accept other forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, or electronic payment platforms. You can deduct cash payment at the time services are rendered from future service in case we fail to receive it.
Booking & Cancellation
Booking a gardening service with Aention can be done through this website or by contacting us. Once we confirm the booking, we retain the right to change or cancel the appointment for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control. If we have to reschedule for any reason, we will inform you beforehand and provide adequate opportunity to make alternative arrangements.
You may cancel or reschedule a service. If so, give at least 24 hours notice, or you may be charged cancellation fees, depending on which service team is set to travel to your location.
Customer Obligations
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing correct information when scheduling a service appointment. Details to be provided include your address, convenient hours, and specific requirements of the gardening job.
- Allowing us safe and clear access to your garden or outdoor area so that we can do our work.
- Inform us in advance of any special conditions or obstructions that could affect the delivery of our services.
Liability Limitations
While striving to ensure excellent results, Aention will not be liable for consequential and incidental damages resulting in damage due to strong weather conditions or infestation by pests. The team members will exercise reasonable attention towards the services rendered; however, we will not assume liability towards Aention conditions or circumstances influenced by elements of the external environment affecting the garden.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please let us know as soon as possible. We will look into the issue and take the necessary action to rectify the problem.
Intellectual Property
The whole content found on our website, whether it is written words, images, or other designs, is owned by Aention. None of the website’s content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
Changes
Aention hereby reserves all rights to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes are posted on this page, and we therefore ask that you review these terms periodically in order to be kept abreast.
Governing Law
